New Home Construction Process
Finding a practical, buildable lot is only the first step in the planning process. Once our client’s express interest in a lot, the next most crucial step is getting approval for financing on a new home. Kenneth Alan Construction works with our architectural firm that we have a longstanding relationship with in designing YOUR perfect new home.
Some customers might already have plans for a home and that is great! Then, it is our responsibility to make sure the home can be built on a lot of your choice and within your budget. Once a construction loan has been approved, the lot has been acquired, and Kenneth Alan Construction has permit approval, the construction process can begin.
Building with Kenneth Alan Construction is very similar to our remodeling clients, just more planning, selections, and time is involved. The design-build process should be fun, not stressful. Our experience in this industry will guide you along the way by ensuring your imagination does not exceed your budget.
Typically, we build homes in the $500,000+ range, but we have the experience and capability of building substantially lower or higher priced homes. We would love to serve as your builder for your next custom home. Contact Kenneth Alan Construction and let us begin working with you on a beautiful new custom home.
Standard features in our homes
Kenneth Alan Construction has a distinct advantage as being your builder. As a small company, with little overhead, we are very competitively priced in our new construction projects. Our past customers find our contracts on new construction homes to be very appealing and unlike other builders. As part of our low overhead, we currently do not own any lots
